Refund Policy
When refunds are available and how to request one.
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to WhisqAI Pro and WhisqAI Enterprise.
1. Free tier
The WhisqAI free tier is available at no cost and requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund.
2. WhisqAI Pro — billing
WhisqAI Pro is billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee:If you subscribed to WhisqAI Pro for the first time and aren’t satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge by emailing billing@whisqai.com. No reason required. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Outside the 14-day window:Subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period. You can cancel and you’ll keep access until the period ends.
- Annual plans: The 14-day window applies to your first annual charge. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable.
- Service outages:If we have a documented outage of 24 consecutive hours or more in a billing period, you’re eligible for a prorated credit. Email billing@whisqai.com with the affected dates.
4. WhisqAI Enterprise
Enterprise contracts have their own refund and termination terms, defined in your signed agreement. Contact your account manager or billing@whisqai.com.
5. Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; you won’t be charged again. You keep your data after cancellation per our Privacy Policy.
6. Disputes and contact
Before filing a chargeback, please contact billing@whisqai.com — we’ll resolve almost anything directly. We respond to all billing emails within 2 business days.
