Acceptable Use Policy

Short list of things you must not do with the platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service. By using the WhisqAI platform you agree to follow it.

1. Don’t break the law

• Use the Service in ways that violate any law that applies to you or to us.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret).
• Process personal data through WhisqAI without the consent you legally need.

2. Don’t abuse the platform

• Don’t attempt to disable, overwhelm, or impair our infrastructure.
• Don’t bypass rate limits or use multiple accounts to evade them.
• Don’t scrape, mirror, or republish our benchmark data without a written agreement.
• Don’t resell or sublicense the Service as a white-label product without written permission.

3. Don’t harm users

• Don’t upload malware, viruses, or anything else designed to harm someone’s device.
• Don’t phish, spam, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Don’t use the platform to facilitate fraud (ad fraud, install farms, fake-traffic schemes).

4. Don’t poke at security

• Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Don’t probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without written permission. Responsible disclosure is welcome — email security@whisqai.com.

5. Reporting abuse

See someone violating this policy? Report it to abuse@whisqai.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We acknowledge every report within 5 business days.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP — with or without notice, depending on severity. For serious violations (illegal activity, security threats) we may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
